Loophole Paragliding Refund Policy

Introduction

We understand that our customers’ plans may change and, as such, we have established this refund policy to accommodate unexpected changes to our clients’ schedules. Please read this refund policy carefully as it will help you understand our practices and policies related to course booking refunds.

Refund Policy

Requesting Refunds

Refunds must be requested in writing by sending an email to loopholeparagliding@gmail.com. Please include your full name, and the scheduled course date in your email. Our team will process your request and, subject to the timeframes below, will issue a refund accordingly.

Refund Timeframes

The refund amount you may be eligible to receive depends on the timeframe between your refund request date and the date of the course for which you had made a booking:

  • For courses that are 2 or more months away from the refund request date, we offer a refund of 80% of the course cost.

  • For courses that are between 30 and 60 days away from the refund request date, we offer a refund of 50% of the course cost.

  • For courses that are scheduled to commence within a month of the refund request date, we are unable to offer a refund courses are however transferable so if you have a friend you would like to transfer the course to that is an option

Courses are transferable, if you have someone to take your spot in a course that is permitted.
